Children’s Theater – March 15
All classes have been invited to California Lutheran High School (Temecula) on March 15th to see their children’s theater production of “Beauty and the Beast – Bed and Breakfast.” The students would leave in the morning and return in the afternoon. The link to the permission slip is below. If you have not done so, please fill this out as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Also, younger ones should have the proper car or booster seat for the trip, and all students should bring their own lunch.
50th Anniversary – Gala!
The big event is finally here, and we are so excited to have our 50th Anniversary Gala this Friday. The event starts at 5:00 with hors d’oeuvres and a cocktail hour.
Tickets may be purchased through the website, and donations may be made. Feel free to share with anyone interested in helping us reach our fundraising goal. If you are unable to attend, please consider making a donation to celebrate our 50 years!
Family Fun Day
This Saturday, March 16, we will continue our 50th anniversary celebration with a relaxed family fun day. Starting at 11:00, families can come to campus for a grill out and time to play outdoor games and indoor board games. Everyone interested is invited to come.
Before and After Care
If you are using before and after care this week, please take a moment to fill out the times using the link below.
We ask that students be picked up by 4:00 p.m. on Friday for aftercare so everyone can attend the Gala.
Second Trimester
Report cards were sent home last week. We do not have set times for parent-teacher conferences after the second trimester. If you would like to speak with your child’s teacher about their progress, please reach out to set up a time.
Future School Events
Below is an update on some of the future school events for this Spring.
Academic Bowl (April 13) – Upper-grade students can participate in a Quiz Bowl. There will be a Spelling Bee for grades 1-8, and possibly a Piano competition.
Track Meet (May 4) – Students in grades 1-8 can participate in a Track Meet in Carlsbad.
Talent Show – We are planning on having a Talent Show in May. We will not be having a school-wide play this year.
