Before and After Care

Lego League Practice
There is no practice after school on Thursday, but students can stay after school on Thursday and Friday to work on the robot or project. They can bring a lunch, have recess, and then work on Lego League. This is not a mandatory practice but is avialble. Students can be picked up at 3:00 or stay in aftercare after 3:00.
Saturday: 9:30 – 12:00 (I will be there at 9:00 if any students want to come early and get started.
School Pictures – Oct. 24
Our school picture day is scheduled for the morning of Thursday, Oct. 24. Students are welcome to bring a change of clothes if they so desire for after the pictures.
Before and After Care
There is a half day on Thursday and Friday with students being dismissed at 12:00 for parent-teacher conferences.
Trunk or Treat
Our Trunk or Treat event is this coming Saturday, from 5:00 – 7:00. Everyone is invited, and you can invite your friends, relatives, and neighbors. If you signed up to help with the event or bring a trunk, keep an eye out for an email with more information.
UPDATE – We are planning on doing a quick fund raiser for school field trips and activites with hitting a teacher with a pie. It will be a cash only event if you want to hit a teacher with a pie.
K-5 Field Trip – Bate’s Nut Farm
The K-5 students will be taking a field trip to Bate’s Nut Farm on October 31. An email was sent out last week with the online permission slip and letting us know if you can drive and chaperone.
Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for October 23-25. We will have half days of school on Thursday and Friday that week. HERE is the link to sign up for an allotted time. Please note the teachers and classrooms when signing up. If none of those times work for you, don’t hesitate to contact your child’s teacher to set up another time.
Wednesday (Full Day) – Conferences from 3:30 – 6:30
Thursday (Half Day – 12:00) – Conferences from 12:30 – 6:30
Friday (Half Day – 12:00) – Conferences from 12:30 – 4:00
Aftercare will be available on Thursday and Friday with the half days, and students will be dismissed at 12:00.
