Hot Lunch – Friday
There is hot lunch this Friday, December 13.
Christmas Calendar – Update
On Friday, December 19, we will have our Christmas parties for the classroom, and this will be a half day with the students dismissed at noon. Aftercare will be available.
Christmas Caroling
On Wednesday, December 17, we will be heading to an elderly care facility to sing Christmas Carols for the residents. We plan to leave at 11:10 and be there for around an hour. Please take a moment to fill out this permission form to let us know if your child can attend and if you can help with driving.
Basketball Practice
Tuesday: 3:00 – 4:15
Thursday: 3:00 – 4:15
I sent out an email earlier this week with the dates for the basketball games and tournaments.
Cocoa and Carols
Everyone is invited to join us on December 12 for Cocoa and Carols starting at 6:30 for a hot cocoa bar and carols sung around the fire.
Children’s Christmas Service
The children’s Christmas service is scheduled for Thursday evening, Dec. 18, at 6:30. All students are asked to participate in this event. If you know that your child is unable to make it, please let your child’s teacher know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Christmas Worship
Shepherd of the Hills has a couple of opportunities for Christmas worship this December, and all of our SOTH families are always invited.
December 21 – 9:00 a.m. Christmas service, pancake breakfast, and crafts for the kids following the service,
December 24 – 6:30 p.m. Candlelight Christmas Eve service.
December 25 – 9:00 a.m. Christmas Day service
