Before and After Care
If you are using before and after care this week, please take a moment to fill out the times using the link below. If you need aftercare for Friday, just add it to the notes of how long.
Friday – Christmas Party – Half Day
This Friday, December 19, we will have our Christmas parties for the classroom, and this will be a half day with the students dismissed at noon. Aftercare will be available.
Christmas Caroling
On Wednesday, December 17, we will be heading to an elderly care facility to sing Christmas Carols for the residents. We plan to leave at 11:10 and be there for around an hour. Please take a moment to fill out this permission form to let us know if your child can attend and if you can help with driving.
Christmas Break
Just a reminder that our last day of school before Christmas break is Friday, December 19, and school will resume on Monday, January 5.
Basketball Practice
Tuesday: 3:00 – 4:15
Thursday: 3:00 – 4:15
Children’s Christmas Service
The children’s Christmas service is scheduled for this Thursday evening, Dec. 18, at 6:30. All students are asked to participate in this event.
Please have your students in the classroom by 6:15 p.m.
Christmas Worship
Shepherd of the Hills has a couple of opportunities for Christmas worship this December, and all of our SOTH families are always invited.
December 21 – 9:00 a.m. Christmas service, pancake breakfast, and crafts for the kids following the service,
December 24 – 6:30 p.m. Candlelight Christmas Eve service.
December 25 – 9:00 a.m. Christmas Day service
