Chess Program – After School
Our after-school chess program will start on Monday, March 16. We will have an 8-week session, and each session will run from 3:20 – 4:20. There will be no session the week of Spring Break.
I will send out an email this week with th link to register and pay for the program
Spelling Bee – Quiz Bowl
Teachers have communicated with families about who qualified for the Spelling Bee and Quiz Bowl on March 21 at CLHS. There is a devotion at 8:45, the Spelling Bee starts at 9:00, and the Quiz Bowl will start at 10:00 and run to 12:00/1:00.
Second Trimester
The end of the second trimester was this past Thursday, March 5. Report cards will be sent home by the end of the week. We do not have set times for parent-teacher conferences after the second trimester. If you would like to speak with your child’s teacher about their progress, please reach out to set up a time.
Children Singing
The next time the students will be singing is on Palm Sunday on March 29.
Soapy Joe’s Fundraiser
On the image above, you will find information about a Soapy Joe’s Fundraiser from March 27 – 29. Funds raised will go toward field trips and our 6th-8th grade class trip to Catalina Island next school year.
Yearbook Pictures
