If you are using before and after care this week, please take a moment to fill out the times using the link below.
We would like to end after care by 5:00 on Friday to give everyone time to go to the beach party. If that is an issue, please contact Mr. Vogel to let him know.
End of the Year Field Trip
Graduation/Closing Service
Thursday, May 28, is our graduation and closing service for the school year. The service will take place at 6:30. We will honor our Kindergarten and 8th grade graduates. All students will be singing, so we hope that everyone is able to make it.
Yearbook Pictures
If anyone has pictures from any school events from throughout the school year, we would love to be able to use those for the yearbook. Below you will find a link to a Google Form where you can submit any pictures for the yearbook. We appreciate your help!
Good Shepherd Bible Camp
All students entering grades 4th and above are invited to attend Good Shepherd Bible Camp, which is a week-long camp in Big Bear during the week of July 12-18.
Here is a link to the website, which will have more information and registration. If any parents want to come along with their children, they are always looking for volunteers.
Baptism at the Last Chapel
If anyone has any interest in baptism for their children on May 27, the last chapel of the year, please speak to Pastor Boahem.
Upcoming Dates
Below are some reminders of upcoming dates and events, with the end of the school year approaching:
May 28th – School Wide field trip – Roller Skating
May 28th – School Graduation and closing service at 6:30.
May 29th – Last day of school (Half Day) and Beach party in the evening.
Last Day of School
The last day of school is on Friday, May 29. It will be a half-day, with students dismissed at 12:00. We will be setting up the slip-and-slide, so students are invited to bring bathing suits and towels. They are also welcome to bring squirt guns and NERF guns if they so desire.
We encourage students to label the items they bring from home to avoid confusion at the end of the day.
Later in the evening, we also host a beach party to wrap up the school year at Ski Beach. We will have a grill, and families can bring their own meat for grilling. If families want to share sides, we will have room for those.
Report Cards
The final report cards for the year will be emailed out to parents during the week of June 1-5.
