Before and After Care

No School – March 6

There is no school on Friday, March 6th, for professional development for our teachers.  They will be taking part in a teacher’s conference in Carlsbad.

Chess Program – After School

We are working to finalize everything for the after-school chess program, but we need minimum numbers before we can get it started.  There is a possibility for grades 1-2 to participate as well, depending on numbers.  If you have a first- or second-grader you would like to participate, please fill out the Google Form as well.
Below is our plan. Once you’ve reviewed it, please complete the Google Form to let us know whether this works for you and whether you plan to make this commitment. We are working with a third party, so it will not be the teachers who are working with the students. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Day of the Week: Monday
Time: 3:15 – 4:15
Grades Available: 1-8
Cost: $25/session

Spelling Bee – Quiz Bowl

An email was sent out last week with more information about the Spelling Bee and Quiz Bowl at CLHS on March 21.  If you have any questions, please let your child’s teacher know.

Basketball Uniforms

Uniforms can be washed and returned to school.  We would love to have all the uniforms turned in by the end of the week.   

Hot Lunch – Friday

We have pizza for hot lunch this week Friday, February 27.

Children Singing

The children did a great job singing today.  Thank you to all of the parents who brought their kiddos to sing and join us in worship.

Yearbook Pictures

If anyone has pictures from any school events from throughout the school year, we would love to be able to use those for the yearbook. Below you will find a link to a Google Form where you can submit any pictures for the yearbook. We appreciate your help!

Re-Enrollment for 2026-2027

Parents have received an email with information about re-enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year.  Please read through this and keep the dates and registration fees in mind. There are discounts on the registration fee if you pay early. Let me know if you have any questions or if there are any extenuating or financial circumstances.
