Track Meet

The Track Meet is this week Saturday in Carlsbad.  I sent out an email with all of the needed information.  Please note that the location is still in Carlsbad, but it is at a different high school.  The gates open at 9:00, and we hope to start the first races at 9:30.

Yearbook – 2024-2025

The 2024-2025 yearbooks have been completed and are ready to order.  I sent out an email with instructions for ordering and paying for the yearbooks.  Please sign up by the end of the day on Sunday, so we can place the order.    Thanks!

End of the Year Field Trip

Our final field trip for the year will be to Ringer’s Roller Rink on Thursday, May 28.  Students will be able to do a hands-on STEM activity, and then do some roller skating.  The cost is $30/student.  I don’t have a permission slip ready to go yet, but I wanted to share this information so you can plan accordingly.

Yearbook Pictures

If anyone has pictures from any school events from throughout the school year, we would love to be able to use those for the yearbook. Below you will find a link to a Google Form where you can submit any pictures for the yearbook. We appreciate your help!

Chess Program – After School

Monday from 3:20 – 4:20

Talent Show

Shepherd of the Hills School is planning on hosting a Talent show for the students on the evening of May 7  at 6:30.  Students will be able to display any type of talent and can involve their family members if they would like.  Also, each classroom will be performing a small item, so if your child is unable to make it, please let your child’s teacher know.  Below is a link for students to sign-up to perform at the Talent Show.

Teacher Appreciation

An informational sheet was sent home from the Wolf PAC with information about Teacher Appreciation Week.  If you would like to donate towards this event, you may pay through Venmo through Sarah Acheff, or give cash in an envelope to the Pastor.  If you have any questions, please reach out to Sarah Acheff.
